Chicken Fajitas Tostadas with Sutter Home Wine

Guess what I did final Friday night? I had a trivial moms night in with my mom, sisters and aunts. It was so much fun, we had a delicious titbit of mini craven fajitas tostadas, while enjoying Sutter home Pink Moscato and Cabernet Sauvigno wine. Let's non forget a sweet and super like shooting fish in a barrel dessert of strawberries and bananas chocolate skewers, uh yeah please!

Sometimes we as moms do so much for our kids and our family that at the end of the day, we but want to sit down and relax. It'southward hard to even take a few minutes by yourself when we are likewise busy caring for others. Así, el viernes pasado decidí que tenía que hacer algo especial y tener un mini noche de madres, donde podemos disfrutar de unos deliciosos vinos de Sutter Home y disfrutar de un aperitivo y postre. Le dije a mi madre que no cocinara, ya que iba a hacerlo y llamé a mis dos tías, para que pudieran unirse a nosotros. Cada vez que hay una fiesta, es mejor creer que las familias enteras va, primos, tíos y abuelos.

Para las tostadas de fajitas de pollo, utilicé las pechugas de pollo cortadas en trozos. Sazonada con 1 cucharada de condimento todo propósito, two cucharadas de ajo en polvo, 1/2 cucharada de salsa inglesa, pimento verde, rojo y naranja y cebollas. Se mezcla bien y luego en una sartén a fuego medio, añadí 1 cucharada de aceite y cocine el pollo durante unos 20 a 25 minutos (o hasta que el pollo esté completamente cocido)
